Main functional responsibilities:
- Building effective work of the department of food ingredients;
- Ensuring the implementation of the plans of the team;
- Organization of subordinates work;
- Ensuring effective interaction with clients;
- Work with accounts receivable;
- Development of the industrial direction of sales;
- Working with clients and expanding the client base;
- Work with related departments of the company;
- Conclusion of contracts with new suppliers;
- Reporting to the director of the company.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- English – advanced knowledge;
- Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years;
- Deep knowledge of the food ingredients market and work with large manufacturing companies;
- Experience with mono-ingredients;
- Experience in planning and budgeting;
- Analytical mindset, multitasking, stress resistance, team work, work for results;
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time.
