Main functional responsibilities:

• Building effective work of the department of food ingredients;
• Ensuring the implementation of the plans of the team;
• Organization of subordinates work;
• Ensuring effective interaction with clients;
• Work with accounts receivable;
• Development of the industrial direction of sales;
• Working with clients and expanding the client base;
• Work with related departments of the company;
• Conclusion of contracts with new suppliers;
• Reporting to the director of the company.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;
• English – advanced knowledge;
• Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years;
• Deep knowledge of the food ingredients market and work with large manufacturing companies;
• Experience with mono-ingredients;
• Experience in planning and budgeting;
• Analytical mindset, multitasking, stress resistance, team work, work for results;
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time.
