The plant for the production of water heaters and electric convectors (a division of an international company that develops solutions for water heating, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation) announces a competition for the position of Head of Engineering Department, Odessa.

Main functional responsibilities:
- Management of industrialization projects from technical solutions to implementation;
- Management of the creation of new structures and modernization of existing ones;
- Organization of project development in connection with the reconstruction of facilities, production automation, etc .;
- Implementation of the development of technical specifications for design, presentation of design solutions for approval by customers;
- Taking measures to reduce the time for mastering new technology, cost, and the cycle of design preparation for production;
- Participation in the installation, testing, commissioning, and commissioning of new structures, products;
- Management of the engineering department.
Requirements for specialists:
- Complete higher education in mechanical engineering;
- Extensive experience in the design of industrial equipment;
- Design skills, including 3D CAD (preferably SolidWorks);
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure (air, gas, water, chimney, energy, etc.);
- Work experience in the profession at least 2 years;
- Proficiency in English at the expert level;
- Knowledge of French as a big plus for the candidate;
- Possession of computer skills at the level of a confident user;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Stress tolerance.
