Responsibilities:

• Sale of grain and leguminous crops, sugar and related products of sugar production:
  • Market analysis, search for the most favorable conditions for the sale of grain, sugar and related products of sugar production based on market conditions.
  • Organization of documentary support of export contracts and control of payments.
  • Ensuring logistics in accordance with the terms of signed contracts.
  • Organization of fulfillment of the terms of quality contracts, delivery dates and other conditions.
  • Measures to increase the volume of grain for sale through the preliminary purchase of own elevators and other producers in the regions of the company’s presence from customers.
• Supply of goods and materials for production:
  • Organization of tenders at the request of production units.
  • Market analysis, negotiations with suppliers, selection of a better offer.
  • Support of contractual work with suppliers, incl. using electronic document management systems.
  • Ensuring the logistics of purchased goods and materials in the production divisions of the company.
  • Monitoring the fulfillment by suppliers of contractual obligations in full.
  • Maintenance of document flow of primary documents confirming business transactions.
  • Risk manager of the sales process, measures to diversify buyers and suppliers of goods and services, incl. carriers.
  • Organization of the process of settling disputes with counterparties in sales, transportation, quality.
  • Organization and control of subordinates work.
  • Systematization of the sales process in the company, control of its effectiveness.

Requirements for a candidate:

• Experience in a managerial position in the commercial department of an agricultural company.
• Successful experience in building or managing a contract execution function.
• Experience in organizing export deliveries (grain, sugar).
• Knowledge of the basics of logistics, the rules of international transfers of goods, the fundamentals of legislation in the field of foreign economic activity (railway, sea, auto).
• Proactivity, developed communication skills, negotiation skills, leadership qualities, adaptability to change.
• English – upper-intermediate.
