    Responsibilities:

    • Participation in the formation of a strategy for a new business direction in the Ukrainian market;
    • Full project management cycle for its implementation;
    • Development and scaling of the project;
    • Tactics and detailed promotion of a new business format in the following areas: HORECA, retail, filling stations, B2B and B2C;
    • Search and attraction of partners;
    • Search and development of new clients, direct support of key business clients;
    • Formation of plans and budgets;
    • Responsibility for the profitability of the business area;
    • Formation, training and development of the business direction team;
    • Control of contractual obligations and accounts receivable with contractors, their compliance with commercial policy;
    • Implementation and development of innovative projects and programs.

    Requirements for a candidate:

    • Higher education (economics, finance, marketing);
    • Additional business education is welcome;
    • Proficiency in English – Advanced level;
    • Successful experience in the coffee industry in sales areas: HoReCa, filling station networks, online trading, direct sales;
    • Understanding the basics of trade marketing, branding and market positioning;
    • Experience in effective project management, creation of new business products, experience in successful market expansion;
    • Quick decision-making skills to achieve results, the ability to flexibly change strategy when new circumstances or opportunities arise;
    • Leadership qualities, the ability to motivate and lead a team, the ability to effectively implement changes;
    • High communication skills, purposefulness, proactivity, efficiency;
    • Category B driving license, the presence of a car and the willingness to use it for production purposes.
