Main functional responsibilities:

• Business Information Management;
• Implementation of ERP system, its management and improvement (data exchange attributes, directories, hierarchy of information structure, automation of exchanges);
• Customisation of standard reports for customers, control of their quality, reliability and timeliness;
• Implementation of additional tools for commercial department members (Nilsen, Pricemonitor, etc.), service support;
• Management of CRM system;
• Provider connection and customisation of services (corporate portal, client cards, sales funnels);
• Technical support of the resource (updates, automation of business processes, etc.);
• Protocols/memoranda approval system;
• Reporting for users and managers;
• Development and implementation of technical solution (Portal);
• Interaction with suppliers (assortment, pricing, promo, marketing);
• Interaction with members (assortment, pricing, promo, marketing);
• Information analysis and management (e.g.: market elasticity, category performance);
• Additional services for suppliers and participants (e.g.: analysing the effectiveness of SКU or promos).

Requirements for applicants:

• Higher education;
• Experience in sales analytics from 3 years;
• Experience in generation and automation of commercial reporting;
• Successful experience in implementing an automated reporting system in professional activities;
• Experience in connecting and customising sales analytics tools;
• Communication skills, presentation skills, as well as the ability to argue their point of view, make accurate forecasts based on analytical reporting – a mandatory requirement for applicants;
• Analytical mindset, proactivity, structured, responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance;
• Actual residence in Kiev and willingness to work in the office of the company.
