Functional responsibilities:
- Participation in the development of project budgets;
- Monitoring the implementation of the project budget and reconciling actual expenses for their compliance with budget classifications;
- Forming requests for funding;
- Preparing a plan-fact analysis of project implementation;
- Providing donors and auditors with primary documents related to grant projects and preparing financial reports;
- Coordination of contract terms within the framework of project implementation;
- Initiation of payments within the framework of project implementation;
- Closing special requests from management;
- Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis Department.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics/finance;
- Experience with 1C-8;
- Experience in setting up processes, implementing ERP;
- Experience with donor reports, audits, budgets for at least 2 years;
- Skills in generating standardized reporting and/or participation in its development will be an advantage;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset;
- English level (preferred) – B2;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Readiness for very dynamic work and regular challenges.
