Requirements:

• Experience in executive search, headhunting – from 3 years;
• Proficiency in direct search tools – Boolean Search, X-Ray, talent mapping;
• Deep understanding of the labor market and the ability to assess the level of candidates;
• Strong communication skills, ability to persuade and conduct complex negotiations;
• High level of ethics and ability to work with confidential information;
• System thinking, independence and focus on results.
