- Implementation of new approaches to finding, assessing and attracting talents.
Requirements:
- Experience in executive search, headhunting – from 3 years;
- Proficiency in direct search tools – Boolean Search, X-Ray, talent mapping;
- Deep understanding of the labor market and the ability to assess the level of candidates;
- Strong communication skills, ability to persuade and conduct complex negotiations;
- High level of ethics and ability to work with confidential information;
- System thinking, independence and focus on results.
