Job responsibilities:

• Search for and establishment of partnerships with international distributors, importers, and retailers of alcoholic beverages (wine, cognac, sparkling wine, etc.);
• Conducting negotiations and correspondence with foreign counterparts (in English);
• Preparation and support of foreign economic contracts;
• Organization of international logistics: coordination of delivery terms (Incoterms), control of deadlines, delivery support;
• Work with excise and customs documentation, product certification;
• Analysis of international markets, trends, and export potential of the company’s products;
• Participation in international exhibitions and industry events on behalf of the Company.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (international economics, logistics, management, or related field);
• Work experience in a similar position from 2 years (priority given to the alcohol or FMCG sector);
• Fluent English (spoken and written), knowledge of other languages will be an advantage;
• Proficient in Excel, 1C, foreign economic activity document management;
• Experience in interacting with logistics and brokerage companies;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation regarding foreign economic activity, excise goods, and certification;
• Priority residence and work in the Odesa office, Kyiv office location and work are acceptable.
