Main functional responsibilities:

• Development of solutions to increase the profitability of the object and achieve financial performance;
• Organization of operational and strategic reporting, market monitoring to form the best offer for tenants and target audience of buyers;
• Participation in the formation of a commercial and marketing strategy for the development of the facility (long-term plan) and their systematic implementation;
• Implementation of the general management of production, economic and financial activities of the facility;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of all obligations assumed by the enterprise, including financial and budgetary obligations;
• Determination of the target audience of buyers;
• Positioning of the commercial real estate object;
• Formation of a portfolio of tenants;
• Adaptation of the trade format to the needs of buyers and tenants;
• Increase in retail space due to zonal reconstruction, the use of unused space;
• Reducing the level of vacancy;
• Area of ​​responsibility: making a profit for the company, reducing the level of costs;
• Implementation of interaction with external project participants (state and municipal authorities, design, contracting organizations);
• Effective interaction between all departments and departments of the company;
• Reporting to senior management.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;
• Additional business education will be an advantage;
• Successful management experience;
• Experience of similar work at least 5 years in companies (in management positions);
• Knowledge of English at the upper intermediate level;
• A leader who knows how to generate ideas and put them into practice;
• Ability to feel customers, and work to fully satisfy their needs;
• Deep understanding of technical and operational issues and nuances of the shopping and entertainment center;
• Skills of effective negotiations at different levels;
• Readiness for irregular working hours and work on weekends.
