A leading real estate development company, due to the expansion of its project portfolio, is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering large-scale residential real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of construction projects;
- Providing technical support throughout the design stage;
- Coordinating the work of internal departments and contractors;
- Monitoring project timelines and key milestones;
- Promptly resolving issues and making management decisions;
- Monitoring the execution of works and achievement of project objectives;
- Coordinating the process of obtaining the necessary approvals and commissioning the property;
- Working closely with company management and construction site teams.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Construction; additional education in Project Management will be an advantage;
- At least 5 years of experience managing construction projects in residential real estate;
- Strong understanding of construction technologies and the sequence of construction processes;
- Hands-on experience managing the budget, timelines, and quality of construction projects;
- A track record of successfully completed projects;
- Experience in commissioning completed properties;
- Experience working on the developer/client side will be an advantage;
- Understanding of residential real estate specifics and modern construction technologies;
- Working knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD sufficient to review and analyse project documentation;
- Independence, responsibility, decisiveness, stress resilience, and strong result orientation.
