Key responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the operations of the Kyiv branch;
- Organization and control of all branch departments;
- Ensuring smooth operation of the branch and effective interdepartmental cooperation;
- Optimization of operational processes and increasing their efficiency;
- Team management: task setting, performance control, and evaluation;
- Implementation of discipline and corporate standards;
- Ensuring achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators;
- Market and competitor analysis;
- Development of client base and key partnerships;
- Control of customer service quality at all stages;
- Monitoring of financial performance of the branch;
- Control of inventory and stock levels;
- Oversight of all branch operations;
- Regular management reporting to the owner;
- Participation in strategic planning of the branch development;
- Initiation and implementation of business process improvements.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in a managerial role (Branch Director / Head of Department / Operations Manager);
- Experience in team management;
- Preferably experience in the automotive industry or related fields;
- Strong organizational and management skills;
- Ability to structure processes and bring order;
- Results-oriented mindset and systematic approach to work.
