Key responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the operations of the Kyiv branch;
• Organization and control of all branch departments;
• Ensuring smooth operation of the branch and effective interdepartmental cooperation;
• Optimization of operational processes and increasing their efficiency;
• Team management: task setting, performance control, and evaluation;
• Implementation of discipline and corporate standards;
• Ensuring achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators;
• Market and competitor analysis;
• Development of client base and key partnerships;
• Control of customer service quality at all stages;
• Monitoring of financial performance of the branch;
• Control of inventory and stock levels;
• Oversight of all branch operations;
• Regular management reporting to the owner;
• Participation in strategic planning of the branch development;
• Initiation and implementation of business process improvements.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in a managerial role (Branch Director / Head of Department / Operations Manager);
• Experience in team management;
• Preferably experience in the automotive industry or related fields;
• Strong organizational and management skills;
• Ability to structure processes and bring order;
• Results-oriented mindset and systematic approach to work.
