Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the planned indicators of efficiency and competitiveness of the own production products (cookery, bakery, production of semi-finished products);
- Analysis of the efficiency of own production direction;
- Organization of selection of new products for own production direction together with the chief technologist;
- Setting retail prices for the own production direction;
- Competitive analysis of the own production direction in terms of taste, appearance, organoleptic properties, recipes, composition;
- Organization of search and selection of suppliers of raw materials;
- Joint organization with the advertising and marketing department in promoting the products of own production direction;
- Organization of merchandising of own production direction (selection of trade equipment, zoning in the sales area, drawing up planograms, etc.).
Requirements for a candidate:
- Higher education;
- Work experience from 10 years;
- At least 2 years of experience in the position of Director of own production direction;
- Experience in network retail, experience in the B2C sphere will be an advantage;
- Experience in the development of the direction;
- Readiness for business trips;
- Own car and willingness to use it for production purposes;
- Readiness for relocation and permanent residence in Kharkiv.
