Main functional responsibilities:
- Placing orders from customers;
- Preparation of primary documentation for delivery, shipment and ordering;
- Checking the package of documents for new contracts;
- Control of return of documents from clients;
- Distribution of regular reports;
- Participation in the inventory;
- Receiving calls from customers and processing requests;
- Resolving issues with delivery, completeness of the order, returns, etc;
- Communication and information support of sales representatives of the company;
- Solving problematic issues with the logistics operator.
Requirements for specialists:
- Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
- Experience in SAP (SD modules will be an advantage);
- MS Office (in particular, MS Excel);
- Stress resistance, responsibility, multitasking, punctuality;
- English language – Intermediate – Upper Intermediate (written and oral).
