Main functional responsibilities:

• Placing orders from customers;
• Preparation of primary documentation for delivery, shipment and ordering;
• Checking the package of documents for new contracts;
• Control of return of documents from clients;
• Distribution of regular reports;
• Participation in the inventory;
• Receiving calls from customers and processing requests;
• Resolving issues with delivery, completeness of the order, returns, etc;
• Communication and information support of sales representatives of the company;
• Solving problematic issues with the logistics operator.

Requirements for specialists:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Experience in SAP (SD modules will be an advantage);
• MS Office (in particular, MS Excel);

• English language – Intermediate – Upper Intermediate (written and oral).
