Main functional responsibilities:

• Participation in the development of the concept of the project from “0”;
• Formation and protection of the project’s commercial strategy before the owner;
• Forming a team to implement the strategy;
• Analysis of focus groups and the formation of a portrait of the target audience;
• Analysis of the competitive environment and the formation of a competitive advantage;
• Participation in the formation of the PR-strategy of the project;
• Active participation in the formation of a marketing strategy and project promotion on the market;
• Building a portrait of the target audience (product buyer);
• Implementation of the sales plan;
• Negotiating and concluding deals with VIP buyers;
• Project support from the formation of the concept to the implementation of the last object;
• Reporting to the Supervisory Board, CEO of the company.

Requirements for applicants:

• Higher education;
• MBA, preferably education abroad;
• English – fluency written and spoken;
• Required professional knowledge:
  • Management in housing construction;
  • Conduct of negotiations;
  • Sales;
  • Marketing;
• Housing construction;
• Commercial policy management and commercial strategy implementation in housing projects;
• The advantage will be experience in cottage construction, and work with VIP clients;
• Work experience from 3 years;
• Confident user of the office software.
