    The new world-class international ski resort in Slavske, Lviv region, is looking for a Commercial Director for sales of hotel and apartment and commercial real estate.

    The company offers:

    Functional responsibilities:

    • Formation and management of a team to develop and implement a sales strategy for hotel, apartment and commercial property;
    • Commercial budget planning, control over the implementation of planned KPI`s;
    • Analyzing the effectiveness of the company’s commercial activities, reporting on the achievement of targets;
    • Pricing formation;
    • Development and maintenance of the client base and quality control;
    • Organization of real estate market research, analysis of promotion channels;
    • Participation in the development of creative ideas, services and innovations to stimulate sales;
    • Marketing support;
    • Search and engagement of strategic partners;
    • Reporting to the Director of the management company and shareholders.

    Requirements for candidate:

    • Higher education;
    • 7+ years of experience in residential and commercial property sales;
    • Experience in the position of Commercial Director (Head of Sales) from 3 years;
    • Knowledge of the market of construction services and technologies (development);
    • Experience in managing a commercial department and large projects;
    • Strategic, analytical thinking and an out-of-the-box vision of projects;
    • Upper-intermediate level of English;
    • Leadership and communication skills;
    • Team player, open and sincere in communication, with a positive attitude;
    • Readiness for business trips;
    • Readiness to relocate to Lviv.
