Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;

- Experience in investment consulting, strategic management, corporate finance, development and construction;
- Implementation of projects to build the operational efficiency of companies from various industries, as well as projects for corporate digital transformation;
- Experience in the position of Commercial Director, Sales and Marketing Director, Development Director in large construction projects and development companies, as well as managing networks of large car dealerships for at least 3 years;
- Experience in transforming from a construction company into a development company with a focus on technology and the development of an ecosystem of services will be an advantage.
- The presence of successful implemented cases in sales, marketing, launching new brands and starting new projects from scratch, launching service companies with the provision of client-oriented services is a key requirement for applicants for this top vacancy in a group of companies;
- Successful experience in achieving performance indicators, EBITDA and capitalization growth;
- Successfully overcome major crisis periods (for example, the COVID-19 pandemic) with stable growth of the company and key business performance indicators;
