Main responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of commercial policy of a chain of branded stores;
- Formation and implementation of sales and procurement strategies;
- Determination of revenue, profit and market share goals;
- Analysis of the market, competitive environment and trends;
- Setting sales plans for stores and monitoring their implementation, implementing new solutions to improve sales efficiency and increase turnover;
- Formation of an assortment matrix and monitoring its relevance;
- Development of pricing, discounts and promotions policies;
- Analysis of the sales structure to optimize the product portfolio;
- Search and conclusion of contracts with key suppliers, negotiations on delivery terms, prices, discounts and bonuses;
- Determination of procurement volumes, control of the level of product balances, implementation of a procurement automation system and inventory management;
- Participation in the development of marketing strategies and promotions, analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- Planning and management of the commercial budget;
- Control of profitability and margin indicators, preparation of reporting on commercial activities;
- Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI) for sales, margins, turnover;
- Management of the commercial department, purchasing department and categories, selection, training and motivation of employees;
- Quality control and customer service.
Requirements for a candidate:
- Higher education;
- Additional business education will be an advantage;
- Experience as a Commercial Director, Sales Director for at least 3 years only in the Retail sector;
- Knowledge of the beverage or alcohol market will be a priority;
- Successful experience in team management and negotiations;
- Experience in budget management and financial analytics;
- Availability of successfully implemented projects;
- Knowledge of computer programs and modern analysis methods;
- High motivation and desire to achieve results;
- Category B license, practical accident-free driving experience of 5 years or more;
- Availability of a personal car and willingness to use it in work;
- Residence in Kyiv or Cherkasy;
- Willingness to work in an office in Kyiv or Cherkasy;
- Willingness to business trips: Cherkasy + region, Kropyvnytskyi + region, Kryvyi Rih + part of Dnipropetrovsk region, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv + region.
