Key responsibilities:

• Areas of responsibility: Marketing, Sales, and Logistics departments;
• Development and implementation of the company’s operational strategic plans;
• Managing operational processes and ensuring task execution;
• Optimization of business processes and improvement of operational efficiency;
• Managing the operational budget and controlling expenditures;
• Managing the operational team and ensuring their professional growth;
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient collaboration;
• Reporting directly to the Chairman of the Board (business founder).

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education;
• Additional business education is an advantage;
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial, Executive, or Operations Director;
• Mandatory experience in FMCG, specifically in the alcoholic beverages sector;
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian alcohol market, key competitors, and industry trends;
• Understanding of business processes;
• Strong leadership skills: ability to manage teams, allocate resources, set goals, and monitor performance;
• Results-oriented: capable of developing and implementing strategies to meet business goals;
• Commercial mindset: deep understanding of the company’s business model, development strategy, and ability to make decisions based on commercial factors;
• Personal qualities: leadership, strategic thinking, organizational and analytical skills, strong communication, responsibility, flexibility, and ability to work in a multitasking and uncertain environment;
• Valid category “B” driver’s license and minimum 2 years of accident-free driving experience;
• Own car and willingness to use it for work purposes;
• Willingness to travel;
• Actual residence in Odesa.
