Responsibilities:

• Preparation and passing of inspections for fire safety and labor protection;
• Communication with government regulatory authorities;
• Writing a methodology and establishing processes for preventive and planned maintenance of networks and equipment;
• Ensuring the operation and maintenance of all engineering networks: electricity, water supply, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sewerage, electrical equipment, organization of repair work;
• Elimination of emergencies related to technical malfunctions;
• Monitoring compliance with labor protection and fire safety rules;
• Work with the journal of applications, control and timely implementation of the assigned tasks;
• Organization of processes for maintaining order in utility, technical and utility rooms at all facilities / establishments related to the company;
• Maintenance in good condition of tools, devices and equipment, which are on the balance sheet of the engineering service;
• Participation / supervision of repair / construction works at new facilities of the company;
• Control of availability and drawing up of stocks, purchase of necessary consumables;
• Communication with tenants on technical and economic issues;
• Willingness to accompany the company’s management in negotiations on the technical part of transactions;
• Reporting to the founder and managing partner.

Requirements:

• Higher education (engineering and technical);
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 10 years as an engineer in the operation service of a business center / shopping center / shopping center;
• Ability to read technical documentation and drawings, understand construction estimates;
• Experience in conducting tenders for the selection of suppliers;
• Ability to supervise external contractors;
• Independence / autonomy in daily work;
• High level of organization and ability to bring all matters to the end;
• Proactive attitude to work, energy, high switchability, active life position;
• Consistency, organization, punctuality, client orientation, focus on results, work ahead of the curve;
• Readiness for irregular working hours;
• Willingness to supervise and control the economic facilities of the enterprise.
