Main responsibilities:

• Formation of an assortment matrix in accordance with the needs of the target group of buyers and store formats;
• Creation of unique products to ensure the competitive advantages of the network;
• Setting tasks for the technologist for the development of new types of products and monitoring compliance with the specified parameters;
• Work with providers;
• Analysis of competitors, their assortment, pricing policy, technologies for working with the retail category and other formats with ready-made food;
• Analysis of performance indicators: turnover, margin, penetration, turnover, balance of the assortment matrix, SL suppliers, promo efficiency, control of the level of raw materials stocks;
• Organization of the work process;
• Participation in setting plans for the period;
• Ability to clearly set tasks and effectively monitor their implementation;
• Ability to process large amounts of information;
• Ability to achieve goals on time;
• Ability to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities independently and in the process of purposeful learning;
• Ability to properly systematize received information;
• Product category strategy development.

Requirements for a candidate:

• Higher education;
• Own car and willingness to use it for production purposes;
• General work experience from 5 years;
• Work experience as a category manager of the Own Production at least 2 years;
• Knowledge of pricing principles;
• Knowledge of computer programs and modern methods of analysis;
• Experience in network retail, experience in the B2C sphere will be an advantage;
• Willingness to travel;
• Readiness for relocation and permanent residence in Kharkiv.
