Main responsibilities:

• Formation of an assortment matrix in accordance with the needs of the target group of buyers and store formats;
• Optimization of the supplier portfolio;
• Analysis of global and seasonal changes in the category of trends;
• Work with providers;
• Analysis of competitors, their assortment and pricing policy, technologies for working with a category;
• Analysis of performance indicators: ABC analysis, turnover, goods without movement;
• Organization of the work process;
• Participation in setting plans for the period;
• Ability to clearly set tasks and effectively monitor their implementation;
• Ability to process large amounts of information;
• Ability to achieve goals on time;
• Ability to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities independently and in the process of purposeful learning;
• Ability to properly systematize received information;
• Product category strategy development.

Requirements for a candidate:

• Higher education;
• Own car and willingness to use it for production purposes;
• General work experience from 5 years in the direction of non-food;
• At least 2 years of experience in the position of non-food category manager (household chemicals and/or industrial group);
• Knowledge of pricing principles;
• Knowledge of computer programs and modern methods of analysis;
• Experience in network retail, experience in the B2C sphere will be an advantage;
• Willingness to travel;
• Readiness for relocation and permanent residence in Kharkiv.
