Main functional duties:
- Formation of the assortment matrix in accordance with the needs of the target group of buyers and store formats;
- Optimizing the portfolio of suppliers;
- Analysis of competitors, their assortment and price policy, technology of working with the category;
- Analysis of performance indicators: ABC analysis, turnover, goods without movement;
- Work with suppliers;
- Ability to clearly set tasks and effectively monitor their implementation;
- Ability to achieve goals within set deadlines;
- Reporting to the top manager: the commercial director of the company.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Work experience in the direction of the non-food category from 3 years in system retail (cosmetics, perfumery, home and health products, children’s group of products);
- Willingness to work in the office;
- Knowledge of pricing principles;
- Analysis and management of the assortment matrix;
- Presence of successful known projects;
- Knowledge of computer programs and modern methods of analysis;
- Readiness for business trips.
