Main functional duties:

• Formation of the assortment matrix in accordance with the needs of the target group of buyers and store formats;
• Optimizing the portfolio of suppliers;
• Analysis of competitors, their assortment and price policy, technology of working with the category;
• Analysis of performance indicators: ABC analysis, turnover, goods without movement;
• Work with suppliers;
• Ability to clearly set tasks and effectively monitor their implementation;
• Ability to achieve goals within set deadlines;
• Reporting to the top manager: the commercial director of the company.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in the direction of the non-food category from 3 years in system retail (cosmetics, perfumery, home and health products, children’s group of products);
• Willingness to work in the office;
• Knowledge of pricing principles;
• Analysis and management of the assortment matrix;
• Presence of successful known projects;
• Knowledge of computer programs and modern methods of analysis;
• Readiness for business trips.
