Main responsibilities:

• Launch of a new product hub from “0”;
• Searching for new suppliers, negotiating purchase prices and terms of the transaction in the interests of the company, concluding contracts;
• Formation of an assortment matrix in accordance with the needs of the target group of buyers and store formats;
• Assortment management at points of sale: search and introduction of new products, their testing, analysis and rotation of goods;
• Analysis and search for opportunities for category development;
• Working with suppliers, optimizing the supplier portfolio, monitoring the implementation of agreements with suppliers;
• Price management according to company regulations;
• Building a calendar of promotional activities and promotions management;
• Analysis of sales of purchased goods and their liquidity;
• Analysis of global and seasonal changes in the trend category;
• Analysis of performance indicators: ABC analysis, turnover, goods without movement;
• Communication with points of sale and solving operational issues;
• Control of suppliers’ accounts receivable;
• Participation in setting plans for the period;
• Monthly reporting on work results.

Requirements for a candidate:

• Higher education;
• 3 years of experience in chain retail in the Soft drinks and Juices direction;
• Knowledge of key suppliers in the “Soft drinks and Juices” direction, the ability to conduct effective negotiations and conclude annual contracts in the assigned category;
• Understanding of various methods and principles of pricing, working with assortments based on consumer needs, working with planograms;
• Understanding the current state of the market, its main players, as well as general trends in the assigned direction;
• Advanced skills in working with 1C database, MS Office;
• Knowledge of data processing and analytics tools;
• Experience in communication with points of sale of goods;
• Availability of successful well-known projects;
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage;
• Willingness to travel to Cherkassy.
