Main responsibilities:

• Attracting new clients and discussing commercial terms of cooperation;
• Organizational support with structured and mandatory meetings with the required employees;
• Budget planning, tracking and adjusting the development of the annual budget;
• Strategic orientation of the company;
• Marketing management (preparation of an action plan, execution by a marketing assistant);
• Compliance with legal obligations, rules and regulations relating to all services of the company;
• Implementation and regular monitoring of the implementation of maintenance procedures at all facilities of the company management, training of engineers and technicians of facilities;
• Quality control of the implementation of repair plans in managed buildings;
• Regular monitoring of the technical condition of controlled buildings and equipment;
• Management of subordinate personnel, recruitment and training of new employees.

Requirements:

• Technical (construction or HVAC, or engineering and manufacturing) university-level education (MBA), alternative – education in the field of electrical networks + experience with HVAC;
• English is fluent;
• Work experience from 5 to 10 years in real estate with a network as a senior executive: FM or similar business area (construction, HVAC installation, project management, etc.), accounting experience, reporting experience;
• Sociable, positive approach, reliable and loyal, service oriented, entrepreneurial mindset;
• Ability to work almost weekly outside Kiev to visit managed facilities (Kharkov, Odessa, Nikolaev);
• Deep knowledge of all maintenance work on technical equipment (he must know what and how to maintain);
• Knowledge of the operation of all modern technical systems and equipment (electricity, water supply, HVAC, fire extinguishing, boilers, etc.).
