Functional responsibilities:

• Monitoring compliance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy;
• Initial inspection and confirmation of warranty repairs;
• Organization and administration of warranty repair compensation;
• Performance of warranty audits;
• Organization of disposal of the warehouse of warranty spare parts;
• Control of execution of companies on withdrawal of products of the manufacturer;
• Activation of the standard and extended warranty;
• Administration of Goodwill repairs;
• Advising service partners on warranty issues;
• Conduct training on the guarantee for network employees;
• Reporting to the head of after-sales service.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (preferably technical);
• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive business (warranty, spare parts sales, services);
• Fluency in English (oral and written);
• Attention to details;
• Honesty, integrity, responsibility;
• Knowledge of the vehicle’s material components;
• Knowledge of repair technology;
• Experience in conducting warranty audits is a benefit;
• Understanding the service process.
