Leading European manufacturer of glass containers in Ukraine, which is the most important supplier of glass packaging for domestic manufacturers of food and beverages, is looking for Transport logistics coordinator, Kyiv Region.

Main functional responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the indicator “delivery on time according to the agreed deadlines”;
- Transport order to ensure timely delivery of goods;
- Check product availability for download;
- Formation of loading plans for a week, a month, their coordination with other divisions of logistics and sales department;
- Tracking the status of delivery / arrival for loading of each car, informing stakeholders about the status of execution of delivery orders;
- Complaint work with carriers. Documenting discrepancies, defending the interests of the Company under the agreement;
- Participation in the evaluation of suppliers during the tender conducted by the procurement department;
- Finding ways to increase efficiency;
- Reporting on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- English: Intermediate;
- Practical experience in logistics from 2 years;
- Good skills in Excel, 1C, SAP (will be an advantage);
- Analytical skills, fast learning speed, customer orientation.
