    A foreign company, world leader in the field of brewing and included in five of the largest producers of consumer goods, announces a competition on vacant position of Territory Manager, Odesa.

    Functional responsibilities:

    • Area of responsibility: Odesa, in subordination: 6 supervisors and sales teams – up to 35 employees;
    • Management and coordination of the sales process in the retail network in the entrusted territory;
    • Fulfilment of sales plans set by the regional manager;
    • Fulfilment of distribution targets in the assigned territory;
    • Creating optimal stocks at distributors in terms of quantity and assortment;
    • Control of timely refunds from the retail network;
    • Control of the planned turnover of containers in the retail network;
    • Ensuring and controlling the quality of communication with retail customers of the distributor’s exclusive sales representatives by subordinates;
    • Organization of events to motivate sales staff: senior sales specialists and sales representatives;
    • Control of the process of monitoring the database of retail outlets in the territory;
    • Conducting an audit of the territory for product distribution and coaching with senior sales specialists;
    • Controlling the reporting of senior sales specialists, conducting a reporting audit;
    • Working with problematic outlets, assisting senior sales specialists in negotiations and critical situations;
    • Setting monthly goals for senior sales specialists, as well as operational goals for the week and day;
    • Conducting ongoing work to find reserves to increase sales, distribution and market share of the company, optimizing costs;
    • Analyzing actual and statistical data in the reporting area and creating plans for further development;
    • Reporting to the Regional Manager.

    Requirements for candidates:

    • Higher education;
    • Work experience in a commercial structure (3 – 5 years in sales and management);
    • Knowledge of the structure and methods of the local market;
    • Ability to establish and maintain internal and external contacts;
    • Confident PC user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
    • Analytical skills, communication skills, flexibility, desire for self-development;
    • Driving license category “B”, driving experience of 2 years or more;
    • Actual residence in Odesa;
    • Readiness to travel regularly to Central region (60-70% of the time).
