    Job responsibilities:

    • Area of responsibility: Poltava and the region, with an focus sales team at the distributor reporting to you;
    • Responsibility for sales channels: distribution, HoReCa, local networks;
    • Achieving sales volumes and other KPI`s set by the company;
    • Controlling the distribution of planned secondary sales targets at the distributor;
    • Conducting meetings with the distributor’s team, training and developing the sales team, setting goals for employees and monitoring their performance;
    • Monitoring sales efficiency in the territory, aimed at increasing sales volume and market share of the company;
    • Setting goals for the sales team;
    • Budgeting: development, approval, and control over budget execution;
    • Implementing programs created to promote products;
    • Managing and coordinating the sales process in the retail network within the assigned territory;
    • Reporting to the Divisional Manager.

    Requirements for candidates:

    • Higher education;
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and distribution of alcoholic beverages;
    • Experience in the position of Territorial Manager, Branch Director, Supervisor;
    • Knowledge of the specifics of the Ukrainian alcohol market, the company’s main competitors, and market development trends;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, successful experience in conducting negotiations;
    • Knowledge of the basics of marketing and trade marketing;
    • Good analytical skills, sociability, proactivity, flexibility;
    • Driver’s license category “B”, accident-free driving experience of 2+ years;
    • Availability of a personal car and willingness to use it for work purposes;
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory;
    • Actual residence in Poltava.
