Functional responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users (farm personnel), dealers, and field specialists in identifying and resolving technical issues related to equipment;
• Monitor and provide technical support during equipment installation and commissioning;
• Collaborate with local and international teams to resolve technical issues;
• Participate in the launch of new products, including technical training and support;
• Prepare and deliver technical training sessions for dealers, customers, and employees;
• Review and correct translations of technical documentation.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in mechatronics, automation, electronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field;
• Good command of English for communication with international technical teams and participation in training programs;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different teams;
• Ability to independently organize work processes and set priorities;
• Willingness to travel within Ukraine and abroad;
• Valid international passport;
• Confident PC user (MS Office);
• Experience in servicing or installing industrial equipment and/or similar experience in the agricultural sector will be an advantage;
• Self-motivation and proactivity, with the ability to take responsibility for results;
• Valid driver’s license (category B) with at least 3 years of driving experience.
