Functional duties:

• Support of projects at all stages of the life cycle: includes planning, launching, monitoring, control and completion of projects, ensuring the completion of each stage in accordance with established deadlines and requirements;
• Preparation of project dossier/reasoning/drawings/search for proposals for the project: formation of necessary documentation, including technical drawings, justification of needs and assessment of solutions, as well as search for the best proposals from contractors and suppliers;
• Coordination of project participants and control of deadlines: ensuring coordinated work of the team and timely completion of tasks at each stage of the project, establishing and monitoring key points of completion of tasks;
• Management of documentation: control over contractual obligations, processing of invoices, acts of completed works and other project documentation, ensuring its timely updating and compliance with requirements;
• Constant communication with stakeholders regarding the current state of projects and their further development;
• Search for new suppliers and contractors;
• Implementation of cost control and budget management measures: development and implementation of effective financial strategies to optimize costs, reduce cost overruns and adhere to the approved budget;
• Control and responsibility for buildings and structures: organization of work on modernization, repair and maintenance of buildings and structures, control over the implementation of safety norms and standards.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (technical or engineering);
• Work experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Experience in project management and preparation;
• Fluency in English will be an advantage;
• Strong communication skills, systematicity, decency.
