Functional responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Participation in the recruitment process, from finding and interviewing candidates to making decisions on hiring and onboarding new employees.
• Talent Management: Developing and implementing a talent management strategy to identify, develop and retain high-potential employees. Conducting performance appraisals and succession planning.
• Training & Development: Designing, implementing and monitoring training programmes and initiatives that support employee development and align with business objectives.
• Career Development: Provide career coaching and guidance to employees, helping them identify career paths and opportunities for growth within the company.
• Learning Needs Assessment: Conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge and developing training programmes.
• Program Evaluation: Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback, assessments and performance indicators.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with department heads and managers to identify talent and training needs.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for talent management and learning and development initiatives.
• HR Metrics: Analyses of key HR metrics related to learning engagement, retention and performance.
• Reporting to the HR Director.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) will be an advantage).
• 7+ years of experience in HR, 3+ years in talent management or learning and development, preferably in FMCG.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English. Other languages will be an advantage.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices and talent management strategies.
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian labor market.
• Knowledge of dairy operations is an advantage.
• Strong recruitment and talent management skills.
• Excellent skills in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with HR software and learning management systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
