    The Finnish company, a global manufacturer of food packaging and disposable tableware, announces a competition for a vacant position Supply Chain and Customer Service manager, Brovary.

    Main functional responsibilities:

    • Participation in the development of the Safety and Sustainable Strategy for the company;
    • Participation in the development of the long-term strategy;
    • Overall responsibility for the plant’s operations: supply chain management;
    • Customer service and communication – orders, production planning, delivery plan, delivery control, documentation;
    • Export and import activities;
    • Responsibility for stocks (RM, FG) and warehousing operations;
    • Manages supplier contacts together with the business unit leader;
    • Contract and proposal management with freight forwarders;
    • Close cooperation and support of the Head of Business Unit in matters related to operations, analysis, insights;
    • Consolidation and analysis of demand forecasts and IBP/ITP
    • Management of a team of supply chain specialists (2) and a warehouse specialist;
    • Other procurement for the organisation (car rental, household services, etc.).

    Requirements for candidates:

    • Higher education;
    • Experience as a Logistics/Procurement Specialist with a strong business orientation;
    • Understanding of the global supply chain;
    • Knowledge of ERP (1C) systems;
    • Experience of working in a multinational environment;
    • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with various stakeholders;
    • Dedication, proactivity, result orientation;
    • English language – Upper Intermediate and above.
