Main functional duties:
- Development and implementation of the marketing strategy of the company brand and restaurants in the short and medium term;
- Management of digital projects (site, social networks, targeting, online sales);
- Development and management of the loyalty program for guests;
- Marketing and PR strategy planning for restaurant brands, participation in creating effective product and internal restaurant marketing;
- Creation and control of all visual content and copywriting;
- Participation in the development of new restaurant brands;
- Development and implementation of network-wide marketing programs and PR campaigns;
- Development, approval and control of marketing and advertising budgets;
- Selection and management of the marketing team, personnel training;
- Introduction and control of the KPI system of effectiveness of marketing tools;
- Market research to identify new opportunities for the company’s products or services, monitoring competitors;
- Development of a marketing plan based on current trends and customer demographic data to improve brand quality;
- Coordination and participation in the process of preparation of special events, events, and other companies.
- Requirements:
- Higher education (the field of marketing is a priority);
- 5+ years of work experience in marketing;
- Work experience in a similar position from 2+ years;
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, management of brands, products and services;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Management experience;
- Communicability, leadership qualities, ability to work in a team;
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools, digital tools and mechanics, artistic tools such as Facebook and Instagram targeting, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop, Abode Illustrator, etc.
