An independent Ukrainian consulting company that has specialized in the implementation and support of SAP solutions in the main areas of food industry, pharmaceuticals, distribution and retail since 2022, with implemented projects for pharmaceutical production and a national chain of shoe stores, is looking for SAP Manufacturing Team Lead, Kyiv for full-cycle implementation projects.

Main functional responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating the work of the SAP consultant team;
• Planning and overseeing SAP implementation within the PP, QM, PP/DS, and DMC modules;
• Ensuring communication with clients, coordinating requirements, and adapting solutions to business needs;
• Developing project solutions and aligning them with the functional customer and the client’s internal SAP team;
• Configuring the system for the PP module;
• Ensuring integration with related modules and external systems;
• Preparing specifications for additional developments, including flexible Y-configurations;
• Testing configurations and additional developments;
• Developing and agreeing on data migration methodologies;
• Performing data migration (LSMW, LTMC, and/or Migration Cockpit);
• Preparing training materials;
• Conducting training sessions for global and local business users;
• Supporting and accompanying the go-live process;
• Providing post-go-live support.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP consultant in full-cycle SAP (R/3 and S/4 HANA) implementation projects;
• Deep expertise in SAP PP or QM, PP/DS, DMC, including integration aspects with CO, SD, and MM modules;
• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes;
• Experience managing a team of 5-10 consultants;
• Ability to efficiently organize work processes and distribute tasks;
• Strong conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment;
• Strategic planning skills and the ability to effectively manage resources to achieve project and company goals;
• English proficiency level – upper-intermediate.
