    A Ukrainian innovative engineering and manufacturing company specializing in the construction and turnkey delivery of modular homes based on clients’ individual designs, with successful project implementation experience across Europe, is expanding its business and opening a position for Sales Manager, Kyiv.

    Key functional responsibilities:

    • Market and client needs analysis;
    • Building and managing the sales funnel;
    • B2B lead generation in Ukraine through various communication channels;
    • Conducting negotiations with clients and suppliers;
    • CRM system implementation;
    • Participation in real estate exhibitions both in Ukraine and internationally;
    • Reporting and detailed performance analysis;
    • Achieving sales targets based on personal strategic analysis.

    Key candidate requirements:

    • Higher education;
    • Knowledge of the residential and commercial real estate market;
    • Practical experience in development / real estate companies;
    • Proven successful negotiation experience within the construction sector;
    • A leader highly engaged in company operations, proactive, results-oriented, a strong team player who associates themselves with the company and its goals;
    • Willingness to travel across Ukraine and abroad;
    • Own vehicle;
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and 1C;
    • English proficiency will be considered an advantage.
