    Key Responsibilities:

    • Active development of sales across various business segments;
    • In-depth study and confident knowledge of the entire product range;
    • Search, acquisition, and development of new clients in the B2B segment;
    • Conducting meetings, presentations, consultations, and commercial negotiations;
    • Preparation of commercial offers and participation in tender processes;
    • Planning and monitoring the implementation of planned sales targets across Ukraine;
    • Market analysis, understanding of trends and competitive environment;
    • Preparation of regular reports on sales performance and market dynamics;
    • Representing the company at exhibitions, industry events, and during business trips.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Higher education;
    • Experience in sales (B2B preferred);
    • Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, persuade, and work with objections;
    • Willingness to travel across Ukraine;
    • Driving license and driving experience (preferred);
    • Confident PC user (MS Office), experience with document workflow, and experience working in 1C (UTP, version 8);
    • English – confident written and spoken skills (not lower than Intermediate);
    • German language will be an advantage;
    • Strong self-organization, proactivity, and strategic thinking;
    • Responsibility, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
