Main functional responsibilities:
- Active opening of new retail points;
- Participation in the development of a new direction of the company;
- Optimization of the company’s business processes;
- Sales planning;
- Formation and maintenance of budgets for operating expenses;
- Marketing analysis;
- Team development;
- Building of motivational system;
- Setting tasks and monitoring the work of departments;
- Reporting to the CEO (business owner).
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of experience in grocery retail;
- Experience in optimizing business processes in a trading company or crisis management;
- Experience in developing a retail network;
- Planning, budgeting;
- Team management experience;
- Experience in building of motivational system;
- Experience in building a team from scratch.
