Leading vertically integrated agricultural holding due to the expansion of its activities announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Regional Sales Manager, Kyiv.

Main functional responsibilities:
- Fulfillment of the sales plan in the assigned territory (Kyiv, Chernigov, Cherkassy, Zhitomir);
- Control over the work of distributors;
- Working with the distributor’s sales team (not focal, general price);
- Control of accounts receivable;
- Control of pricing in the assigned territory;
- Search for new sales channels;
- Negotiating with new clients;
- Maintaining strong partnerships with regular customers of the company;
- Reporting to higher management.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- Successful experience in sales in system FMCG companies from 2 years as a territorial and/or regional manager;
- Priority: work with perishable products;
- Willingness to frequent business trips across the entrusted territory;
- Successful negotiator;
- Thorough knowledge of the specifics of distributors’ work;
- Driving license of category “B”, the presence of your own car and the willingness to use it for production purposes;
- Activity, efficiency, independence, high level of efficiency and self-motivation.
