An international product FinTech company, one of the largest financial services operators in the Ukrainian market, announces a competition on vacant position of Regional Director for Sales Audit, Kyiv.

The company offers:

Functional responsibilities:

• Area of ​​responsibility: the whole territory of Ukraine;
• Conducting an audit of the work of branches, including analysis of sales indicators, compliance with service standards and operational processes;
• Identification of problem areas and development of recommendations for their elimination;
• Generation of reports and presentation of audit results to the company’s management;
• Participation in the development and implementation of strategies for improving sales and customer service;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of the implemented changes and adjusting the strategy as needed;
• Reporting to the Commercial Director and CEO.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (economics/finance/banking/accounting and auditing);
• Experience as Regional Director or a similar position in the banking sector;
• Deep understanding of sales processes and customer service in the financial sector;
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of data;
• Proficiency in audit and sales performance analysis tools;
• Confident use of a PC, Office 365, Bitrix 24;
• Proactivity and innovation;
• Willingness to regularly travel around Ukraine;
• Having your own car will be an advantage.
