Key responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment for the pharmacy network — from identifying hiring needs to the candidate’s onboarding;
- Active search and attraction of specialists (pharmacists, pharmacy managers, storekeepers for online orders);
- Collaboration with internal clients — regional director, pharmacy supervisors, and branch managers;
- Preparing and posting job ads on job boards, social media, professional groups, and in pharmacies, as well as organizing local offline advertising to attract candidates;
- Conducting initial phone and in-person interviews, assessing candidates’ professional qualifications and suitability for the position;
- Managing and updating the candidate database, including cooperation with pharmaceutical school students for entry-level positions;
- Entering candidate information into the automated HR system to maintain an up-to-date database and build a talent pool;
- Coordinating the hiring process: negotiating conditions, collecting documents, and registering new hires in the corporate training system;
- Labor market analysis;
- Preparing recruitment performance reports.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the pharmaceutical, retail, or FMCG sectors);
- Understanding of the pharmacy business specifics and requirements for pharmaceutical staff;
- Proficiency with modern sourcing and assessment tools, experience in direct search;
- Confident PC user, experience with office software, CRM or ATS systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large amounts of information;
- Result-oriented, systematic, and self-driven;
- Positive mindset, teamwork, and professional ethics.
