Responsibilities:
- Search and establishment of cooperation with international carriers;
- Negotiating with partners;
- Organization of transportation of oil products from Europe;
- Participation in the development and conclusion of foreign economic agreements: making corrections and comments in accordance with applicable law (transportation, customs clearance);
- Control and accounting of shipments, redirection of cargo after customs clearance;
- Direct communication with customs officers, brokers, and station workers
- Resolving of controversial issues (it is important to argue based on current legislation).
Requirements:
- Understanding the transportation peculiarities of petroleum products from European countries;
- Knowledge of legislation in the field of transportation of petroleum products, including customs regulations;
- Experience in working with European logistics structures (carriers, transshipments, overflows, including state ones);
- Upper intermediate level of English.
