 Main duties:

• Development and implementation of a research and innovation strategy aimed at improving products and production processes;
• Organization and control of scientific research, testing and analysis of new technologies in the fields related to the production of UAVs;
• Determination of the needs of the enterprise in new technologies and research, analysis of the market and trends in the field of aviation production;
• Budget management of the research and innovation department, ensuring effective use of resources and achievement of planned results;
• Motivate and manage a team of researchers and engineers, promote their professional development;
• Technical sales support (participation in meetings, consultations);
• Preparation of reports, presentations and analytical materials on research and innovative activities of the enterprise.

Main requirements:

• Higher technical education, deep fundamental knowledge in various branches of technical sciences;
• Experience in a managerial position in the field of research and innovation, development of new products or technologies;
• Military experience (responsibility, strategic planning and resource management) will be an advantage;
• High analytical ability, project management skills;
• Striving for continuous learning and self-development;
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with representatives of other departments and organizations;
• Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage subordinates;
• Knowledge of the English language at a level sufficient for communication and writing technical documentation.
