International company, the plant of the production water heaters and electric convectors (a division of an international company), announces a competition for the position of Quality Manager, Odessa.

Main responsibilities:
- Organize the quality control activity on the factory;
- Lead the quality improving projects, collaborate with other departments and factories on quality issues;
- Insure the validation process of new raw materials, semi-finished products, components for the production process;
- Organize the operational control on all stages of production process;
- Implement the best practices of quality control on production (share with others Group Factories);
- Control the testing of finished products and certification of the products quality;
- Work with reclamations from customers, make analysis according to the cases and develop the action plans;
- Collaborate with suppliers as for the components quality improvement;
- Make the accompaniment of external audits;
- Manage the quality department (9 people).
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering;
- Work experience in quality direction with high -serial production in international company more than 3 years;
- Managerial skills (more than 3 years);
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standards;
- Technical Background;
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases;
- English level – Upper Intermediate;
- We expect you to be: result oriented, teamwork oriented, curious, reactivity, open-minded, positive thinking, mobile.
- Readiness to move to Odessa.
