A Ukrainian innovative engineering and manufacturing company that designs and builds turnkey modular homes based on individual designs and successfully implements projects in Ukraine, Spain, and Germany is expanding its business and opening a vacancy for a Production Director in Slovakia.

Key responsibilities:
- Full operational and disciplinary responsibility for production (18 employees — planned growth: doubling the team);
- Planning, control, and optimization of all production stages: metal processing, assembly, foaming;
- Implementation of efficient production and quality control processes;
- Motivation, development, and training of the team;
- Collaboration with R&D to optimize products for manufacturing requirements;
- Participation in full automation of production processes;
- Reporting to the CEO and the owner.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education (technical degree preferred);
- Additional business education is a strong advantage;
- Excellent computer skills and affinity for IT technologies;
- Many years of experience as a Production Manager in metal processing or mechanical engineering, preferably in an international environment;
- Rational and structured approach to work;
- Strong result orientation based on pragmatism, leadership qualities, and readiness for non-standard solutions;
- Confident use of IT tools, including MS Office, SAP, and CNC systems;
- Fluent English; knowledge of any Slavic language is an advantage;
- Candidates from any country are welcome; readiness for relocation to Slovakia and long-term residence is essential.
Preference will be given to a manager with extensive life and leadership experience, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to build a modern, highly efficient production from scratch.
