Key responsibilities:

• Organizing the operations of a food production facility (1000 m²);
• Making decisions to improve food production operations;
• Developing and implementing quality and safety standards for food production and ensuring production capacity;
• Ensuring the achievement of production plans, assortment, and product quality;
• Managing the team, training, motivating, and developing subordinates;
• Forming, analyzing, and controlling the budgetary indicators of food production;
• Conducting market analysis of raw materials, suppliers, equipment, and subcontractor services, among others;
• Introducing new products to expand the range and controlling the technological processes of food production.

Requirements:

• Higher education in food technology;
• At least 2 years of experience in managerial positions in production, particularly in managing teams and projects;
• Deep understanding of production technologies, including freezing, optimization processes, quality control, and product safety;
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve production operations;
• Experience in managing resources, budgets, and deadlines;
• Willingness to implement new technologies and practices to enhance production efficiency;
• Managerial experience;
• Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, or relocate to Lviv;
• Availability of a personal vehicle and readiness to use it for work purposes.
