Functional responsibilities:

• Project management and product management;
• Conducting product analysis and developing integrated solutions for promotion;
• Development of a marketing plan for new product launches to ensure successful implementation and launch of the product on time;
• Assortment control and pricing;
• Working with the marketing department to develop new product packaging;
• Communication with other departments of the company, managers, to achieve the company’s goals;
• Development, implementation and regular trainings on product lines for sales staff and partners.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education with a degree in economics/marketing;
• At least 6 years of experience in international manufacturing companies (construction materials production is an advantage);
• At least 2 years of successful experience in product/brand management;
• Knowledge and experience in project management;
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage;
• Deep understanding and use of digital marketing tools will be an advantage;
• Passion for results, desire to learn and develop within marketing projects;
• Problem-solving orientation, good organisational skills, ability to pay attention to details;
• Strategic and analytical thinking.
